DESCRIPTION

The organization seeks a vendor to provide a web-based electronic drawing development and management system. This platform must include graphical tools for storing and sharing engineering drawings, assigning space, and producing usage reports for organizational groups.

The contractor will be responsible for developing a file naming system and digitizing existing paper and electronic drawings, enabling easy organization, retrieval, and sharing among all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external. Additionally, the system should incorporate space management functionality to track the allocation of all spaces and generate comprehensive reports, such as Capital Asset Inventory (CAI) reports.

Key requirements include designing the user interface and appearance of the web portal, maintaining system uptime on a 24/7 basis, and offering unlimited technical support. The database must also enable a graphic engine and associated tools for viewing drawings in AutoCAD and Revit Model formats, without requiring the use of AutoCAD or Revit software.
