The organization seeks a vendor to provide a web-based electronic drawing development and management system. This platform must include graphical tools for storing and sharing engineering drawings, assigning space, and producing usage reports for organizational groups.
The contractor will be responsible for developing a file naming system and digitizing existing paper and electronic drawings, enabling easy organization, retrieval, and sharing among all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external.
