An Ohio agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a web-based, fully accessible Electronic Catalogs Management System. This solution will support the management, editing, workflow, and publication of undergraduate, graduate, and medical catalogs. The selected vendor will assist with the configuration and implementation of the software, ensuring storage and publication of catalog content such as courses, programs, policies, services, and other academic information.
Key responsibilities include enabling administrative users to create, update, manage, and publish catalog content; providing comprehensive project management with clear milestones and timelines; and handling data migration by converting existing published catalogs into the new system's format or ensuring their proper archiving and accessibility. The vendor will also be required to train staff members, including catalog administrators and content editors, on system usage and content management.
The project timeline mandates full implementation in time for the publication of updated catalogs for the next academic year by mid-May 2026. Additionally, the vendor must supply ongoing functional and technical support, covering troubleshooting, system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to ensure continuous, reliable operation of the catalogs solution. The contract period is set for one year, with all vendor questions due by January 26, 2026.
