A Washington agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based e-procurement software solution. The software must enable contract tracking throughout every stage of the procurement process and facilitate secure electronic housing of contracts. Additional requirements include self-service supplier registration, automated supplier notifications, a published plan holders list, management of solicitations, receipt of sealed electronic submissions, and support for solicitation evaluation processes.
The solution should offer robust project and management reporting capabilities, ensure contract compliance, and support contract management. The vendor will also be responsible for implementing a data migration plan to import historical data from the agency’s existing system, including detailing the data inventory, mapping, secure transfer, and enabling validation and testing by agency staff. Best practices in data mapping and retention are expected to be followed.
