DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a web-based digital transaction management platform for Enterprise Ireland. The proposed solution must be delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product, enabling digital transactions to be completed entirely online without the need for third-party installations.

The platform must support customizable branding options to align with Enterprise Ireland’s logo, standards, and color schemes. It should provide a consistent approach to displaying transaction records and must fully comply with all relevant Irish legislation and applicable regulations. Auditing features are required across the system to promote transparency, accountability, and traceability.

User management capabilities are essential, as is integration support for Azure Active Directory with SAML-based Single Sign-On, including optional two-factor authentication and conditional access. The platform should allow users to create digital transactions with flexibility, either through pre-established templates, by cloning previous transactions, or setting up bespoke transactions. Additional capabilities must include the creation, saving, and revisiting of digital transactions and the facilitation of complex signing order processes (sequential or parallel). Electronic signatures and customizable fields should be supported at designated document placeholders.
