The University is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based digital touchscreen awards display system and platform for installation in its Athletics building. The solution will function both as an interactive touchscreen display installed on-site and as a publicly accessible web-based digital awards platform. This dynamic system is intended to showcase athletic achievements, awards, recognitions, and historical content, operating on touchscreen hardware and through a web-accessible interface.

The system must feature a user-friendly interface designed for public interaction, allowing for structured organization of awards, categories, honorees, media, and historical archives. It must support multimedia content—including images, video, text, hyperlinks—and facilitate automatic updates and synchronization of new content without manual reinstallation. Requirements include providing a hosted website template or customizable design, a dedicated URL for public access, and secure access credentials for content management. The chosen vendor will be expected to ensure system security, user access controls, and offer initial data migration if available. Administrative training, documentation, user guides, and review of content prior to public launch are also expected. All necessary content, media, and branding materials should be included.
