A Pennsylvania-based organization is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based diagnostic imaging portfolio solution. The proposed platform will be used for the secure storage and comprehensive management of diagnostic imaging data, and must seamlessly integrate with the existing system, currently Vetray Table, as well as with the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
The solution should be scalable to accommodate future expansion and may utilize a cloud-based or hybrid deployment model. Key technical requirements include browser compatibility, flexible and unlimited storage capacity, and automatic, real-time off-site backups. The system must allow for unlimited viewing access from any internet-connected device and should eliminate the need for workstation or server management, manual upgrades, or downtime.
Additional requirements include support for user roles and permissions, robust data encryption, adherence to security protocols, and comprehensive backup and disaster recovery measures. Vendors interested in responding must address these specifications and submit any questions regarding the project by January 8, 2025.
