Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The State of Wyoming is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based data management system and student competency portfolio services. The required solution must function as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform, accessible through modern web browsers without the need for local software installation. The system should offer robust back-office capabilities for program directors and site coordinators, including management of federal 21APR data, daily attendance, staff time and effort tracking, and program quality assessments.
In addition, the platform must include a comprehensive student-facing module that enables students to plan, track, and review experiential learning projects aligned with afterschool activities and graduate profile competencies. The system must support secure, age-appropriate student logins, allow site staff to log student attendance on various device types, and generate export files formatted for federal batch uploads. The solution should also provide tools to report student participation by activity type and time period, track hours spent in specific competencies, and create exportable graduate profile resumes. Staff work hours and funding sources tracking for generating federal time and effort logs is also required. The contract is intended for a three-year term.
