DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based, contractor-hosted library productivity software platform. The solution should serve both the agency's public-facing website and internal operations, including content management, program and event promotion, online registration, staff management of meeting rooms and spaces, and integration capabilities with the agency's customized mobile app.

The platform must be delivered as a modern, accessible Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution or web-based service and must offer customizable branding, configurable online registration and waitlists, automated notifications, attendance and statistics tracking, and online booking for agency spaces such as meeting rooms and study rooms. Staff tools for scheduling, configuration, reporting, and administration should be provided, with role-based permissions to ensure secure access. Requirements include compliance with data privacy, security, accessibility standards, and ongoing support and maintenance from the contractor.

Content management functionality should enable staff to create, publish, and manage website content using templates, customizable fields, and reusable components, all tailored to the agency's branding. The contract period will be for one year, and scalability for future enhancements or additional modules is expected. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 8, 2026.
