DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive web-based parking management system for use in Ontario, Canada. This solution must serve as a full end-to-end platform encompassing both parking enforcement technology and citation management.

Key requirements include a web-based software capable of issuing parking tickets, managing parking permits, enabling online ticket payments, generating notices, and delivering robust reporting features. The new system will replace and enhance the current infrastructure and must also introduce a secure customer self-service portal. Mobile field communication devices and support for both ticket and permit issuance are integral components.

Security is paramount: the solution must enable secure data transmission, employ appropriate rate limiting, and implement stringent access controls. The system should be easily accessible through a secure internet browser. The contract will be for a five-year period.
