DESCRIPTION
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, web-based college and career readiness tool. The solution must be accessible to students, staff, and families in grades 9–12 (required), include required age-appropriate exploration options for grades 6–8, and optionally for grades K–5. The portal should ensure continuous availability to all users, offering a guaranteed uptime of 99.8% throughout the year.
The tool must be fully mobile-responsive, allowing students and parents to utilize all core functions, including search and sign-up, via mobile devices. Compliance with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and multi-language support for all search functions and assessments are mandatory. Additionally, the platform must support Single Sign-On (SSO) integration.
Vendors may submit questions regarding this RFP by March 29, 2026. The awarded contract will remain in effect for a period of three years.
