DESCRIPTION

A university seeks a vendor to provide a web-based co-curricular activity tracking system. The platform should enable efficient tracking, assessment, and reporting of student co-curricular activities, supporting experiential learning, engagement analytics, and generating co-curricular transcripts. The solution is expected to be a comprehensive, externally hosted Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool accessible via web and mobile interfaces.

Key requirements include the ability to ingest student organization lists, executive rosters, membership rosters, students' past involvement history, and event attendance. The system should integrate with Clemson’s Student Information System (SIS) and support Single Sign-On (SSO), while ensuring FERPA-compliant data security. Mobile accessibility, customizable dashboards, data exports, credentialing/badging, advising tools, automated reminders, and notification systems are also required features.

The selected vendor must ensure minimal IT support is needed for implementation and deployment, and provide sufficient training and transition support for staff. The system can be cloud-based or on-premise and must be mobile-friendly.
