DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to provide an integrated, web-based Building Management System (BMS) solution to replace legacy building control systems. The new system must utilize a modern, open-protocol Building Automation System (BAS) to ensure seamless integration of various building systems, eliminating reliance on proprietary hardware, firmware, or software.

The solution should include features for system monitoring, ongoing maintenance, patch management, and software upgrades. Support for future expansions and third-party integrations is required, leveraging industry-standard protocols. Advanced capabilities such as demand response, scheduling, and energy analytics—including support for Niagara Edge and analytics modules—must be provided.

The system should offer customizable Niagara PX or web-based views with mobile-responsive dashboards, accessible without the need for proprietary applications. Vendors are expected to enable ongoing enhancements and accommodate questions submitted prior to the formal inquiry deadline.
