Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency seeks a vendor to implement a web-based automated fuel management system that leverages current technologies, including web-based software and network-capable hardware. The system will support core functionalities such as fleet lifecycle and performance management, fuel consumption monitoring and management, audit/compliance monitoring, and inventory tracking.
Key requirements include an API-first strategy with robust integration patterns, scalability to support at least 50 concurrent users across county, district, and central offices, and the inclusion of conversion and loading of legacy data. The solution must enable the transfer of fuel to a portable storage device and wirelessly track fuel use from storage to end equipment. Additionally, it should restrict fueling to authorized personnel and equipment assets. The contract period is three years, and a pre-bid conference will be held on May 14, 2026.
