The agency is seeking a vendor to provide a secure, web-based platform for Automated External Defibrillator (AED) management. The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive AED program management services covering all school and administrative sites, including program administration, regulatory compliance, and ongoing monitoring. The solution must assist with program design, placement recommendations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, the vendor will be responsible for maintaining required documentation, facilitating EMS notifications or registrations, and offering policies, procedures templates, and SOPs.

The platform should include robust online data management capabilities, allowing the agency to track AED inventory, serial numbers, inspection history, and component expiration dates. Automated reminders for inspection and maintenance, escalated notifications, secure administrative access controls, and reporting functionalities exportable in common formats are required. The vendor will also handle AED consumables management, ensuring timely replacement of pads and batteries and providing manufacturer-approved components after deployment. The contract period is for one year.
