The State of Kansas is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a secure, ADA-compliant web-based assessment platform designed to support strengths-based personal and team development. The desired platform should facilitate developmental assessments that help individuals, managers, and teams identify, understand, and utilize their unique talents and strengths to maximize performance and potential.
Key requirements include interactive capabilities for interpreting individual and group data, as well as generating strengths-based reports. These reports should highlight specific talents or traits for each participant, offering guidance on their effective use and potential challenges. The platform should support self-paced learning after assessments, featuring resources such as articles, explanations, and activities that cater to various learning styles to deepen understanding of talents and traits.
Additionally, the system must enable the creation and tracking of action plans for both individuals and teams. It should support multiple administrative users, with at least thirteen seats, providing oversight of participant accounts and troubleshooting assistance. Web-based and live technical support, robust security, ADA accessibility, and multi-language capabilities are essential components of the required solution.
