DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a web-based assessment and instruction program solution specifically designed to meet college and career readiness standards in English language arts for grades K–8. The required platform should offer an integrated approach that combines computer-adapted diagnostic assessments, a comprehensive reporting suite, and differentiated online instruction. The solution must include interim growth monitoring tools, assessment of grade-level standards, as well as downloadable teacher and student resources to support instruction.

Compatibility with Chromebooks, iPads, and Windows-based desktops is essential. The service must include unlimited customer support via a dedicated account manager, who will conduct data reviews after each diagnostic assessment cycle. The assessment component should deliver both criterion-referenced and norm-referenced scores, measuring performance relative to grade-level standards and peer groups, all reported within a vertically aligned, scaled score spectrum. The system must provide integrated, easy-to-read reports at district, school, class, instructional group, and individual levels, featuring customizable performance bands and growth targets. The contract is for one year.
