The City of New York is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based and cloud-based parking revenue control system. The solution should enable efficient, secure, and reliable management of parking inventory through a centralized, user-friendly platform. This system must include a state-of-the-art point-of-sale (POS) management component that processes both pre-paid and on-premise parking transactions, accessible via both web and mobile devices.
Key requirements include robust tools for revenue management, cash and credit reconciliation, and real-time reporting to facilitate accurate forecasting, financial analysis, and the capture of customer data. The system should support real-time operation, ensuring authorized users can access dashboards and management features from various devices such as PCs, mobile phones, tablets, and cashier POS terminals.
