The project requires a vendor to provide comprehensive wayfinding signage manufacturing and installation services. The scope includes the development of detailed shop drawings verifying materials of construction and sizing specifications, as well as the removal of old signage prior to installation.
Services encompass signage fabrication, installation, patching and painting where necessary, as well as obtaining all requisite sign permits. Vendors are also expected to produce samples for the Owner’s review and approval before moving forward with full-scale production. All questions related to the project must be submitted by April 10, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 8, 2026.
