The contracting authority seeks a qualified vendor to provide fabrication and installation services for a comprehensive wayfinding sign package. This effort includes the redesign and construction of wayfinding signage based on a previously completed wayfinding concept plan. The redesign should preserve the existing sign designs as much as possible, with the majority of the budget dedicated to fabrication.
The project is to be implemented in several phases, beginning with Phase 1, which includes the supply and installation of 73 vehicular wayfinding signs, 8 pedestrian signs, 5 destination signs, and 5 parking signs. Vendors should be prepared to engage in a detailed, multi-phase wayfinding improvement initiative and are expected to follow the recommendations outlined in the concept plan.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2026. All potential bidders are required to submit questions by April 2, 2026.
