DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide wayfinding design services for the creation and installation of a wayfinding and gateway signage system. The scope includes conducting a comprehensive field survey of proposed signage locations and evaluating existing signage for visibility, redundancy, and effectiveness. The vendor will analyze current signage and recommend consolidation or removal where appropriate.

Services will also involve developing a minimum of two conceptual designs for the signage system and establishing consistent design standards covering dimensions, materials, typography, colors, and mounting options. The provider will coordinate production and installation timelines, approve final cut sheets, and prepare installation maps for city review. The project includes the installation of approximately twenty-five wayfinding signs in specified city areas, with an outlined schedule and cost for both new installation and old-sign removal.
