DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive wayfinding and signage consultant services for a five-year contract period in Florida. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a wayfinding and signage plan, conducting campus-wide wayfinding assessments and gap analyses, and performing passenger flow and journey mapping studies. Additionally, the consultant will update and refine the existing wayfinding master plan to ensure optimal navigation throughout the campus environment.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and recommending the integration of digital and dynamic wayfinding technologies, developing conceptual, schematic, and detailed signage designs, and documenting sign families and message hierarchies. The consultant will also be required to produce design intent drawings, message schedules, and location plans to support effective signage implementation. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 13, 2026, with all questions due by March 20, 2026.
