DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Parker, Colorado seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive water resources master plan services. The selected organization will be responsible for analyzing existing water rights and supplies, evaluating population growth projections, and detailing potential future water supply sources and alternatives. Solutions to address supply gaps must be proposed, alongside a forecast for potable water demand and water conservation initiatives.

The project requires development of a reasonable water demand safety factor as well as graphical representations of water supply versus total demand, ensuring supply remains above demand throughout all evaluated alternatives—including a no-action alternative. A roadmap outlining the utilization of current and potential future water sources up to the year 2075 is to be developed, informed by existing water conservation goals.

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 13, 2026.
