DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide water quality trend assessment and dashboard tool development services. This project includes the execution of trend analyses for various stations, strata, and parameters, with data to be visualized through accessible maps and graphical reports utilizing an open science data visualization tool.

The scope involves the design and implementation of a Shiny dashboard encompassing three core components: an interactive map visualizing trend directions for selected analytes with intuitive color-coded arrows, a time plot depicting the data and corresponding trend model for user-selected stations, and a data table presenting station names, locations, and Mann-Kendall trend analysis results. Users will have the ability to select analytes via a drop-down interface and explore stations by interacting with the map, all aimed at enhancing the understanding and communication of water quality trends.
