The government authority in Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide construction management at risk services for a new water purification facility. The selected firm will be responsible for pre-construction services, including early works activities, as well as managing the construction of the facility.

The new facility is designed to treat an average influent flow of eight million gallons per day and achieve a production of 6.4 million gallons per day.
