DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Iowa is seeking a qualified vendor to provide optimization services for wastewater treatment facilities. The selected vendor will conduct point source optimization efforts aimed at improving water quality by reducing nutrient losses from designated treatment plants.

Scope of work includes coordinating pre-visit data collection, compilation, and analysis, organizing and executing pre-visit training webinars, and performing comprehensive on-site assessments of process control at each facility. Additionally, the vendor must ensure that water quality data is consistently gathered in accordance with each facility's Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and that results are submitted to the Water Quality Exchange (WQX).

This engagement requires meticulous adherence to data protocols and collaborative work with facility staff to ensure continuous improvement in water treatment processes.
