A government authority in Eugene, Oregon is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design services for the extension of wastewater infrastructure. The project requires comprehensive engineering support, including pre-design site assessment, preliminary and detailed design development, preliminary permitting strategies, and geotechnical analysis.
Consultants will be responsible for preparing phased design documents at the 30%, 60%, and 90% stages, including plans, specifications, estimates, and design reports.
