The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is conducting market research to identify capable contractors for operations and maintenance (O&M), repair, and minor construction services in support of the Medical Research and Development Command (MRDC). The work will encompass providing comprehensive O&M services—including repairs and minor construction—across various medical, dental, pharmacy, and laboratory facilities affiliated with the MRDC.
Contractors would be responsible for supplying all necessary personnel, services, materials, equipment (excluding government-furnished items), and transportation to maintain and support these 24/7 (365 days per year) operations. The potential contract is anticipated to have a base period plus additional option periods of three and six months. The facilities are located in Forest Glen, MD; Aberdeen, MD; Fort Detrick, MD; and Dover Air Force Base, DE.
