The selected vendor will provide Vyond Enterprise Edition licenses and related services, offering web-based access to twelve (12) user licenses. This contract consolidates Vyond user licenses, previously managed under multiple agreements, into a single award to an authorized reseller. The provider must ensure seamless continuity of access and retention of data during this transition.
Key enterprise capabilities to be supplied include Shared Spaces, brand governance and templates, asset collections, integrated premium voices, and Secure Suite controls. The software publisher is responsible for maintaining all licensed users within the same environment and tenant, ensuring consistent platform availability for authoring, editing, and exporting content. The contract term is one year and is set aside exclusively for total small business suppliers.
