DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Iowa is seeking a vendor to provide voucher printing services. The project requires the production of vouchers, each with a unique six-digit serial number (with a space between the first three and last three digits) and a corresponding QR code for farmer redemption. Vendors are expected to quote on vouchers in both sheet format and as Senior voucher booklets. Each booklet must contain ten vouchers and an additional page with participant instructions, with binding along the left margin using gum, staple, or similar methods.

A spreadsheet containing voucher-level data, including serial numbers and QR code data strings, will be supplied. The vendor must ensure micro-perforations for easy separation of individual vouchers and that 99,000 WIC vouchers are sequentially numbered starting at 100 000. All vouchers must be shrink-wrapped, packaged appropriately, and comply with the specified serial number formatting.
