The government authority in White Plains, New York is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive moving services for voting machines, e-poll books, printers, cabinets, and related equipment for primary, special, early, and general elections. The moving services include the secure delivery and pickup of Electrical Voting Machines, Image Cast Evolution (ICE) Voting Machines, e-poll books, cabinets, privacy booths, supply bags, and other miscellaneous items such as PPE, peripheral markers, extension cords, and surge suppressors.
Deliveries are required to be made to each polling place within designated zones, including early election polling places, with equipment delivered ten days prior to elections and returned thereafter. The vendor will be responsible for equipment pick-up at the agency warehouse in the week prior to Election Day and for ensuring reliable transport to all polling location sites. The contract term is for one year. Interested parties should note the deadline for questions is April 10, 2026, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for April 21, 2026.
