A government authority in Santa Ana, California is seeking a vendor to provide inkjetting and mailing services for voter information guides (VIGs). The typical VIG size is 8.5” x 11”, though they can also be produced as 5.375” x 8.375” to meet specific requirements, including USPS tabbing standards. VIGs require variable page counts, with major elections estimated at 56 pages per guide and smaller elections at 16 pages, though exact page counts will be provided closer to election dates.
