The selected vendor will provide voluntary employee benefit product services. This includes the provision of Section 125 and third-party administration solutions for consolidated billing, as well as support for 403(b)/457 plans. Additional requirements encompass administration of accident, cancer, critical illness, vision, dental, short-term and long-term disability, group term life/voluntary life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D), and hospital indemnity (medical gap) insurance products.
Vendors are expected to have experience delivering comprehensive benefit administration and must be capable of facilitating all aspects of plan management, claims administration, and consolidated billing. Proposals should reflect the ability to support an array of voluntary benefit offerings for employees efficiently and securely.
