DESCRIPTION


A Texas-based agency seeks a vendor to provide a fully managed cloud VOIP telephony system to replace its existing telephony infrastructure. The solution should unify voice, messaging, paging, and e-fax services into a secure, scalable, and compliant Microsoft Teams-based platform, specifically supporting Teams Phone integration. Required features include automatic call recording (with police admin recordings made without announcement), SMS capabilities, Teams Premium for queues, and custom Music on Hold.

The system must support 350 Teams phone users, 350 desk phones (suggested models: Yealink MP56 E2 or AudioCodes C455HD), 300 common area phones (suggested models: Yealink MP52 E2 or AudioCodes C430HD), 20 expansion modules, and a SIP trunk capacity of 146 concurrent calls. Additionally, vendors must provide 24x7 fully managed support, including break/fix, moves, adds, and changes. The project requires onsite implementation, remote or onsite training, outbound caller ID policy, 6-8 migration events, and support for multiple user groups requiring SMS (Public Works, Police Records, Admin/Legal, Code Enforcement, HR, Transit, Parks, Finance, Economic Development).
