The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide a VoIP phone system service in Pennsylvania. The scope includes supplying new, factory-sealed hardware that is part of current production models. Phones must not be designated end-of-life and must function without requiring third-party feature packs.
The project also includes installation and system setup, including the porting of 100 DID numbers and programming phone no-sleep mode functionality. Training is required for different user groups, including approximately 2 hours for power users such as administrative staff and 4 hours for county system administrators.
Vendors are expected to provide references and a complete budgetary breakdown summary. Monthly billing will begin upon deployment of the system. A pre-proposal conference and walkthrough is scheduled for May 13, 2026.
