DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Wilson, North Carolina is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive VoIP phone system. The solution must include a robust and centralized management platform that offers district-wide administrative control, enabling IT staff to manage system configuration, user provisioning (with bulk capabilities), call routing, analytics, reporting, licensing, and customizations across all sites.
Required features include ring groups, support for both district and school-level directories, customizable caller ID masking, call blocking, call recording, and effective spam call detection and mitigation. The system should also provide text-to-voice IVR capabilities for customizable menus, voicemail transcription, as well as voicemail-to-email delivery.
