DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a voice over IP (VoIP) unified communications telephone system. This project encompasses the design, implementation, licensing, and support for a modern VoIP platform tailored to the needs of city IT personnel. Vendors will be responsible for supplying a web-based management interface, installing and configuring the software, managing extension/user profile setup, and establishing call routing, IVR systems, and automated attendants. Comprehensive system testing and validation are required to ensure high reliability and performance.

The proposed system should accommodate a range of communication methods, including IP desk phones, desktop softphones, and browser-based clients. Key features must include voicemail-to-email delivery, integrated call recording, robust call analytics and reporting, as well as advanced call management functionalities such as multi-level auto attendants, IVRs, ring groups, call queues, and call parking. The system should also support collaboration through screen sharing and accessible meeting participation without the need for additional software installation. The contract will run for one year.
