The organization is seeking vendors to provide Vocera software and coverage services. This includes establishing, updating, and maintaining processes for submitting data and device changes to the system database, as well as managing database entries for various departments.
Responsibilities encompass maintaining device management systems, collaborating with the customer to develop and update device inventory management processes, and applying system updates, service packs, and hot fixes for Vocera software as needed. The vendor will proactively monitor Vocera system services, escalate issues to Vocera Technical Support when necessary, and optimize deployment call flows to improve system usability. Guidance regarding Engage workflow improvements is also expected.
In addition, the selected vendor will support onsite training for new and existing Vocera users, including orientation for new employees and ongoing educational needs. All questions relating to this RFI must be submitted by April 6, 2026.
