The organization seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive support services for the Vocera communication platform, specifically the V5000 Smartbadge system. Services include supplying a fully functional V5000 Smartbadge communication solution, with devices, FIPS 140-2 device licenses, batteries, eight-bay chargers, clips, and training kits.
The vendor will deliver premier support for Voice, SIP Telephony, Platform, Messaging, and Per Device Messaging, covering both the initial year and four optional extension years. Responsibilities also include implementation and configuration of the Smartbadge system, such as database updates, SIP and messaging integration, analytics setup, and ensuring compatibility with existing Vocera and VA infrastructure.
Additional requirements involve designing workflows, call flows, and messaging, optimizing deployment, and integrating clinical workflows for up to 35 units and ancillary departments. The vendor will provide training, go-live support, and post-deployment assessment for Vocera Voice, Messaging, and Analytics.
