A vendor is sought to provide VMware renewal services for California, covering both software licenses and support. The requirements include renewing VMware vSphere Enterprise Plus subscription licenses, as well as providing VMware Support and Subscription Basic for VMware vCenter Server Standard for vSphere.
Additionally, the vendor will supply VMware vSphere 8 Standard Production Support and Subscription on a 24/7 basis and manage support and subscription for VMware vCenter Server 8 Standard for vSphere 8 on a per-instance basis. Applicants should demonstrate experience with VMware licensing and support provisioning.
