The organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive VMWare ESX support services. Services should include technical support (specifying availability for either 24x7 or business hours), incident response and troubleshooting for ESXi hosts and vCenter, as well as guidance on patching and updating ESX 8.0 and vCenter.
The selected vendor will be expected to provide recommendations for performance monitoring and optimization, assist with configuration issues and best practices, and offer escalation support for critical outages. Additionally, advisory services for capacity planning and lifecycle management are required.
