Gwinnett, Georgia is seeking vendors to provide VMware cloud licensing and live recovery protection services. The selected providers will supply licenses for VMware vCenter, vSphere, virtual machines (VMs), and live recovery protection to support both existing VMware products and future purchases.
The engagement will involve direct access to Broadcom for addressing time-sensitive support tickets and the resolution of technical issues. Vendors are also expected to designate an account manager and a centralized contact for billing and account administration.
