DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide VMware Cloud Foundation infrastructure refresh services. The scope includes the procurement and implementation of enterprise-grade vSAN Ready Nodes to replace three existing VxRail clusters, supporting a comprehensive refresh of the VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) infrastructure. The solution must enable disaster recovery modernization and allow migration to VCF Identity Broker while ensuring continuous business operations.

Key requirements include supporting migration from VxRail to VCF-compliant vSAN Ready Nodes capable of handling business-critical workloads, transitioning from Enhanced Linked Mode to VCF Identity Broker for centralized identity management, and maintaining a dual vCenter architecture with VCF Identity Broker-based linking. The vendor must also ensure the solution achieves or improves upon a sustained, testable 15-minute Recovery Point Objective (RPO), validated through acceptance testing and clearly documented in disaster recovery runbooks.

All clarifying questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 30, 2026.
