The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is seeking to negotiate a sole source contract with Vital Images, Inc., a subsidiary of Canon Medical Systems, for VitreaAdvanced Software License, Maintenance, and Updates at Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. The contract covers multiple VitreaAdvanced software modules such as Vitrea One Concurrent User (3 licenses), VitreaCore Unlimited User, Enterprise Enablement, and various CT analysis and planning apps including VScore, Cardiac, Brain Perfusion, Lung Nodule, Colon, Endovascular Stent, Cardiac EP Planning, Functional Analysis, Mirada Oncology Fusion Core/ADV, Medis Suite Cardiovascular MR, and MeVis Visia Lung Software.
This contract is intended for the sustainment of existing VitreaAdvanced Software services, which are already in use. It will be a firm fixed price agreement for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year options, exercisable at the discretion of the Government. Vendors who believe they can meet the requirements may submit written documentation and evidence, including a letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming authorization as a service provider per VAAR Clause 852.212–71(c).
No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. Responses must be provided to the Contracting Officer by 10:00 AM Central Time on March 4, 2026, and will be evaluated at the sole discretion of the Government.
