DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will deliver structured visual arts programs designed to develop students’ artistic abilities, foster creativity and self-expression, and enhance overall student engagement. Instruction should also promote social-emotional growth while supporting school-day learning objectives and individual school priorities.
Vendors are expected to deliver visual arts instruction on a mutually agreed schedule, which may include before, during, or after school hours. Services will take place at designated school locations or other approved sites. Providers must maintain professional, timely, and proactive communication with school staff regarding scheduling, program delivery, and student participation throughout the contract term.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 26, 2026, and questions must be submitted by March 30, 2026. The contract will have a one-year period of performance.
