Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive visual art consulting services, managing a wide range of tasks related to art selection, installation, and maintenance for a major project. Responsibilities include coordinating the dismantling, reframing, cleaning, and storage of artwork; reviewing and advising on planned capital purchases with consideration for operational, architectural, and budgetary impacts; and participating in the planning of furniture, signage, graphics, and wayfinding programs.
The consultant will oversee scheduling and phasing issues, review architectural drawings for integration of art pieces (including power and support requirements), and furnish documentation such as warranties, guarantees, and record drawings. Key duties extend to project oversight, collaborating with architects, interior designers, and other trades; identifying art sources and artists; preparing presentation portfolios; negotiating and contracting with artists, framers, printers, and installers; and managing procurement, commissioning, framing, delivery, and installation of artwork. The vendor must also provide onsite management for delivery and installation, fabricate and install didactics, and maintain comprehensive catalogs and artist documentation. Procurement of art will be facilitated directly by the awarded vendor, not the client.
All project-related questions must be submitted no later than April 28, 2026.
