The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to award a sole source contract for the integration of the Jaeger Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) system with the Oracle Health Federal Electronic Health Record (EHR) at three Illinois VA medical centers: Danville VA Medical Center, Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, and the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital. The integration will utilize the approved Somnoware platform.
This project encompasses professional services, software installation, interface integration, support, solution testing, and all necessary licensing required to seamlessly connect the Jaeger PFT system with the Oracle Health Federal EHR. Trillamed, as the only authorized distributor by the original equipment manufacturer, will provide these services. The contract will be a firm fixed price agreement and aligns with NAICS Code 811210.
Interested parties who believe they can fulfill these requirements are invited to submit detailed capability statements, including product and service information along with customer references. All submissions will be evaluated to determine if competition is warranted. If no viable responses are received, negotiations will proceed with Trillamed as the sole source supplier.
