DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide sponsorship services for a visitor map, including opportunities for facility signage and recognition on the map with the sponsor's name and logo. The selected respondent will be granted the back panel of the map for their promotional artwork, which must be submitted by a specified deadline.

The sponsor will also have the opportunity to distribute brochures or other promotional materials of their choosing within the Visitors’ Center. Additionally, the agreement includes two annual posts featuring the sponsor across official social media channels, specifically Facebook and Instagram.
