Visitor and Business Engagement Service

A Colorado municipality is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive visitor and business engagement services. The selected vendor will be responsible for distributing visitor information materials at key locations, including town halls, local businesses, and lodging providers. Materials must be checked quarterly to ensure displays are stocked, current, and well-maintained. Additionally, the vendor will handle inquiries from visitors through phone, email, or in-person interactions, offering welcoming and informed responses about area attractions and businesses.

Further responsibilities include promoting the town’s business directory, assisting local businesses in verifying or updating their listings, and conducting biannual outreach efforts to share tourism updates, highlight major events, and coordinate cooperative marketing opportunities. This initiative aims to enhance the overall visitor experience while supporting the growth and visibility of local businesses.
