DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a standardized, enterprise-scale virtualization software solution capable of supporting both full virtualization and paravirtualization to consolidate applications and establish cloud environments. The solution must include software sustainment, upgrades, and technical support services, delivered under an enterprise-wide agreement within the next 12 months.

The software should leverage artificial intelligence to automate processes, reduce administrative overhead, and simplify platform deployment, management, and security. Requirements include robust disaster recovery and business continuity features using VM-centric snapshots, clones, and replication, as well as application and data virtualization to decouple applications from the OS and integrate diverse data sources without data movement.
