Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The institution seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive virtual tour and interactive map solution for its campus. The selected platform must deliver an immersive, accessible, and measurable virtual campus experience, and include full implementation, transition support from any current system, ongoing technical assistance, and continuous optimization.
Key platform features include immersive 360° photography and video, layered multimedia content, flexible guided and self-directed tour paths, interactive mapping and wayfinding, self-guided tour support with QR code access, audience or interest-based personalization, and multi-language functionality. The system should adhere to accessibility best practices, support inclusive design, and offer mobile responsiveness and scalability for future needs.
Additional requirements are embedded calls to action, integrated inquiry forms, CRM connectivity, conversion tracking capabilities, and comprehensive analytics with visitor engagement dashboards. Seamless integration with the institution's website, email campaigns, QR codes, and social channels is also necessary to enhance admissions marketing and enrollment objectives.
A user-friendly content management system (CMS) must empower staff to update content in real time, edit tour scenes, manage user permissions, collaborate across teams, and design unique tour paths without ongoing vendor intervention. Security, scalability, cross-browser and mobile compatibility, and compliance with institutional IT, privacy, and accessibility standards are mandatory.
